Quota Permits 3rd phase

I cannot believe how quick permits went this morning. I had everything ready to go prior to the 10 am start time. At 10, I clicked the submit button and everyone of the permits I applied for was already gone!!!

I did find it interesting that there was a couple of permits available for an area that my cousin put in for during the first phase and was "not successful". I think that if permits become available for whatever reason, that the people who were rejected during the first phase should be priority!!!

I DO NOT like the new system!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
