I pulled Nov 17 - 20 green swamp gen gun and jan 5-6 upper hillsborough archery. Didnt pull a ml permit this year so looks like i will be traveling to a non quota area....hopefully there will be some available in phase2.
Finally (been trying 3 years), I pulled Little Econ for Gen Gun and Buck Lake for archery
Unsuccessful for Buck Lake and Little Econ general gun, that makes four years without pulling a general gun WMA quota. Isn't life grand!
And NO preference points either??? What's the point of preference points if they don't award them to folks who don't get selected for a quota. Makes no sense to me...
I got Buck Lake for the Wild Hog quota and got one preference point also, that seems backwards. Why do I need a preference point if I got selected for the hunt???
