My uncle took that big sow last year. I personally like to kill the ones that are right off the nipple. A 40, or 50 pounder is ideal to cook whole on the grill, and they have not had a chance to eat a lot of shiz. Any smaller you can quarter, and fry up like a rabbit. Delicous!
