HAVE A PERMIT TO HUNT GREEN SWAMP THE WEEKEND AFTER THANKSGIVING. BUT DO NOT HAVE A CAMPING SPOT FOR MY CAMPER. WILL BE OUT OF TOWN INTILL NOV 23 AND I AM THINKING IT WILL BE TO LATE TO WALK AND TRY TO GET ONE. SO IF ANYONE HAS A SPOT THERE AND THERE NOT USING IT, WOULD LOVE TO HAVE IT. THANKS FOR THE HELP!!!
I am going to try and walk in on the 23rd when my gun permits starts, if I get one I am going to set up a tent to reserve it but will not be back until the 25th to hunt and will stay through the weekend. I am more than happy to share a spot. If no spots are available, are there any other campgrounds out that way nearby that allow tent camping?
WHAT SIDE WHERE YOU GOING TO TRY AND GO TO? I LIKE ROCK RIDGE SIDE, A LOT QUIETER AND MORE SHADE. I HAVE A 25FT CAMPER AND MY TRUCK IS 20FT LONG. LET ME KNOW? THANKS
