Never been too appalachicola, you can drive only on the roads that are listed in the GS brochure which are the main roads that run through the wma, but there are many trails all over in which you just park at the trailhead cuz they say road closed so you gotta walk down em...the main roads are maintained for the most part, if its real wet they can get real muddy, youll be alright cuz mines 2wd too...this is my 2nd year hunting there I dont know the spots like the locals but if you need any more info I could prob help you out.
