I've never been there but plan on going this year, probably goin scouting this weekend, I live close to there and any info on the place would help.

drive deep and walk far.. thats all i can say.. if you dont you will come to your spot and see like 100 oranges hanging from the tree on opening morning.

Went in today to scout and mosquito's were very very rough. We were in deep and saw a few deer signs , no hog signs , a big ass bass in one of the side ditches....I don't know how or why it was there, spooked him and it sounded like a gator jumping in the water. On the way out we saw something black in the middle of rattlesnake rd. it ran off as we got closer but found a pile of bear crap in the middle of the road, and that makes sense on account of the way it was running.

So bears S%#@ in the woods only part of the time contrary to popular belief !
