lol....crock is the only guy i know who puts his tree stand waist deep in mud!
4 years hunting chazz and havn't killed anything?? cedar scrub, i could believe, but chazz?
Thats not so hard to believe. its only been recently that harvest numbers are improveing out there, last years total deer kill was only 35. untill 4 years ago hogs almost didnt exist out there. the place doesnt have a very good history. but thankfuly things are improveing every year. theres alot of guys who have hunted the place religiously for more years than that and still havent killed any thing.
so , anyone that can help on this one feel free to pm or email me. been hunting for 4 years now, always went with my exwifes dad, worst guide possible. ive learned more reading blogs and talking to checkin station people. always hunt in chasshowitzka, 30 mins from my house. always see lots of skat, tracks, hog rooting in the dirt. never actually seen any game. never once had an opportunity to shoot!! want to shoot a hog so bad i can taste it. someone, anyone, please help!! dont mind going with someone if you need a hunting buddy, just some advice is fine too. would love a buck too, but hogs are what im wanting to pop my cherry with.
best thing I can tell ya is to keep on them. the better you know the land and the habits of the game there the closer you get to a hog in the cooler
just do like rackman.. take hog crap, rub it all over your body.. then pour deer piss all over your head until you make a mucky misture all over your self.. Then cover that with a nice thin coat of mud, then eat a poptart and climb up the tree stand.. THIS WORKS.

crock and i did see a nice 6 point getting hung up at the check station. i'm assuming the since it's a dog hunt WMA, everything is nocturnal there, for the most part. i still like green swamp best. that WMA is soo massive that i can go in and not run into any hunters. the down side is, it's so massive!
ok then its greenswamp saturday and chazz on sunday? lol
