I'd love to have a camp out there. I was offered to buy into a camp earlier this year for $20,000 and thought hard about it but the timing was bad with money and not knowing if I was going to even keep my doors open at the time. A buddy of mine sold the old Poppenhagers camp a while back for I think $2,000,000 to some bird lover woman and turned around and bought 1300 acres in Georgia for about the same amount. Must be nice.
While I was at the check station this weekend I read a notice that you CANNOT bring in a concealed weapon yet at Big Cypress. Something about it not going into effect untill 2010 sometime???
