A buddy of mine has a camp in the lake delancy portion of the forest. I'm going to be sharing camp with him this year. I have never hunted the forest before. Anyone got any advice on where to start scouting?

There are deer all over the forest, just gotta put some time in and walk around. look for rubs on pine saplings.

ONF can be a good place if you get well off the beaten path. Check into the Lake George wilderness east of 19 and bordering the Ocklawaha river. There are some bruisers that hang out in that swamp that borders Carravelle Ranch WMA and maybe even an occasional hog.
