Okay, check this out, I sat in a stand from 11:00 to 5:00 and didn't see a thing except a couple tweetie birds. Anyway, its getting cold and the wind is blowing, and I start thinking maybe its time to head home, get a shower, and go get some wings and a few brewskies. So I walk 1/2 mile back to the truck, pack it in, and drive out the gate. I get out to US 1 and turn north, just get up to speed, and here comes a hog out of the woods on a dead run right in front of me. He makes it across my lane and the medial, and gets creamed by a brand new Chevy pick up on the other side. And I do mean CREAMED, both wheels, he rolled like a gerbil, fell back in the medial, and died right there. I pulled over, but then decided I didn't want to wait for the cop to get there, so, back to plan A, wings and beer.
