What can I say, I am sticking with the classics. Brisket, Shoudler and Chicken, the trifecta. Got some applewood to feed the smoker. Cold beverages and a good cigar are on standby. Now let the games begin.
Well if your talking Labor Day, we'll be grilling whatever shows up. Personally I'm cooking 4 racks of ribs, 2 in my Orion Cooker and 2 on the grill. Along with grilled corn, fruit salad, scalloped potatoes and whatever desserts come over. Should be a fun day :flag2
