Teryaki, Garlic and Ginger Backstrap

Just like it sounds. Marinade for 45 minutes. Seared of on the flat-top and sliced thin after letting it rest. Accompanied by rice and sauteed mushrooms, onions and asparagus. Delicious!

grew my own ginger last year,got a freezer full if you want some and are ever in the area drop me a line. I bought a keifer lime tree from a thai lady and she gave me the ginger plants free, but had no idea what it was at the time, as her english was poor, turned out to be a nice surprize. very easy to grow and one plant gets about 3 feet tall and gives you plenty for the year.looks delish is that venison or hog? I'd guess venison.

Thanks for the offer Nacho...we'll have to work something out. Fresh ginger is always the way to go. And yes, its deer strap.
