Stuffed bacstrap

So after two pitchers of beer I decided to cook up some venison steaks. Heres what I did.
Step 1: Pound 3/4" back strap steaks down to a thin steak.

Step 2: Season the meat with garlic, everglades heat, salt , and pepper. Place some fresh spinach and mozzarella cheese on then.

Step 3: Roll it all up.

Step 4: Wrap them in bacon and place on a foil wrapped pan in a pre heated oven at 450 for about 10 min's. After that enjoy.

I got the whole damn set! at leaste one other person on this site has good taste and some class. 😆 And this came out great, wishin I cooked all eight of them.

Matter of fact I got a pile of Hooters wing bones laying on my plate like that right now. wondering when the hell my wife is gonna come in here and pick the plate up and take it to the kitchen for me :rock_on
