So here it is lol Since the failure of my 1st try of making pulled pork with wild hog meat haha
This time I tried with domesticated pig's pork shoudler that I bought from a walmart.
I used lots of hickory and seasoned with Everglades cajun seasoning I think... Not %100 sure...
And the result came out absolutely delicious ha
Whoever told me about an aluminum foil method, I really appreciate it. I'd like to go to my previous thread to find out who it was but ah well sorry lol... If you told me about an aluminum foil method before, you know who Im refering to haha I really appreciate it
It was me and my whole family except my mother who is severely allergic to pork (sorry to be her) and few of my buddies came over and chowed down this delicious pulled pork.
By the way, it literally took me 21 hours to cook this thing haha. I was doing very slow cooking and at the last 2 hours, I wrapped around with an aluminum foil and finished it off.
Again, thank you guys for your help and I wish I could let you guys try this too lol ha
