I've bought the seasoning kits from this guy on ebay.

He sells casings also. Never really compared whether I could get it cheaper anywhere else as this was convienent. They turned out good, but a lot of work. My grinder plates kept getting clogged with sinew. Might just have to buy some more casings and do it again. Getting the itch now...

I bought the same kit from bass pro. Got the bourbon one and did it in the oven. They were good but I think smoked they would have been better.

I did not know you could use pork for snack links.........I guess you just have to keep refrigerated.
