Been so hot I haven't felt like grilling or smokin lately. Now that I am back on the low carb kick it is meat ,meat ,and more meat :clap:

Got a piece of pork backstrap marinated in Teryaki and a piece of venison strap marinated in Dales seasoning, both overnight. Wrapped in bacon and gonna hit the grill in a bit.

I got my eat on and never took pictures. They were good.
Always grill just till the bacon is done, so the meat is med rare
