So my lovely wife, thru her couponing, got a Honey bake Ham for free. A $70 ham, and she only had to pay the shipping on it. We had Easter dinner at her brother's, and lamb was being served(which I refuse to eat even if I was starving) so I was very happy when she said we were taking the ham also.

Here is sorta how the conversation kinda went...

ME "We taking the ham for dinner"

Wife "Yes"

Me "is it cooked?"

WIFE "Yes, just gotta be heated up"

ME "Hmmmmmm......."

Wife "Yes honey, you can heat it up on the EGG"

SO, I fired up the egg before church and got it balanced at around 275ish. When we got home I added one small piece of Tangerine wood and put the ham in a pan on the egg for 2 hours. This added just a little slight smoke flavor to what was already 10 pounds of pork goodness..

why don't you eat lamb

To me it taste like the green gut spewed from a deer intestines. You know the piece of venison that was spoiled by a bad shoot.

Pretty good analogy.
For me it tastes just like a sheep smells..... which is pretty close to shit. I will eat a lot of weird stuff but a damn lamb aint one of them. Too many steaks at the store for me to eat one of them nasty critters
