I am cooking this receipt now, I will tell you if it's good in 50 min's or so. I found it on a rabbit forum. And put my own twist on it. It smells damn good. 😀
Ingredients:
2 – 3 Rabbits cut and cubed for stew meat
2 bags McCormick onion and garlic potato seasoning packs
4 – 5 large potatoes cut and cubed
2 cups sliced carrots
1/2 lg. white onion, sliced and diced
1 jar Heinz heat and eat Brown gravy
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Brown the rabbit pieces in a skillet with a small amount of oil.
Use one package of McCormick potato seasoning to coat the rabbit meat and the other package of seasoning to coat the potatoes (Follow the directions on the bag).
Spread the rabbit, potatoes, carrots and onion on a shallow baking sheet and bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
Add the gravy cover and bake for an additional 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
looks good!!!
The last rabbit I cooked was so damn tough I could hardly chew it. It was a full grown swamp rabbit. I shot it and fried it like an hour later
I will see soon enough.
Man that looks good.
