That dam shoulder is heavy.. it was a fat pig. One from my property. I think i might need to get another soon cause i only got 1 shoulder left in the freezer. shoot.

shes in the oven.. seasoned, doubled wraped in aluminum foil. Put the wrapped shoulder in a cooking pan. The water and pot was to somewhat thore it out.
