my new freezer is -10 the ice cream freezer is no longer on my property.
You cookin yours the same way Allen? Just put a top on it and cook in the oven or you smokin it?
Try using Shake-n-bake bbq for your seasoning it works great and makes a nice sauce.I do the same thing on my gas grill with a ham or shoulder.
