Alright The venison is ground the Christmas summer sausage is made with cheese
Made 5 lb summer plain 5 lb summer with jalapenos 5 lbs bologna 15 lb breakfast.
The rest went as burger or ground venison. The newer grinder works great grinds faster than i can feed it.
The sausage is resting now just waiting on cooking (needs 24 hrs). Two friend came by helped so they were able to take some breakfast sausage and burger home. I had about were between 55-75lb to grind and one bud had about 8 lbs roughly. Its all done and packaged.
Every one wants to try the jalapeno summer but they have to wait for christmas.

You can find then online but over the years i found LEM Backwoods mix was the best.
It also easy.
