                      Only reason I used a processor the last 2 years is because I was killing 2-3 animals a weekend and got over loaded.
The guy in Mayo did me right. I thought the sausage was a little high, but the smoked sausage was the best I have ever had. I might take a bunch of meat to him and let him do some more for me
I enjoy doing my own stuff. It took me about an hour n half to get my deer form last weekend in the freezer yesterday

                      Anyone got a grinder for sale? Lol! I actually would like to learn how to make sausage though. Country smokehouse wasnt that bad. Where exactly the guy in Mayo?
