does any one know of a processor in the tampa bay area? specifically one to do hogs? i have been hearing that many of them won't touch the wild hogs...? any truth to this?

There is a guy on Ehren Cutoff that is doing processing. Reasonable and quick from what i have heard

i used that guy. took him them 5 hogs from our buggy hunt, dropped them off on a monday and picked up the meat on thursday. the sausage he makes is pretty good. And he was reasonably priced. i want to say he was chargeing $.80 per pound.
