More home cured ham

Had some various pieces of pork marinating in a ham brine for a few days. Threw them on the BGE this morning for a few hours at 250*.
I just finished running it tru the meat slicer. Should not have to buy sammich meat this hunting season at all

YUM! when i bring some pork home one day i will have to find out how to cure some.

I'll vouch for it, that stuff is fantastic...Damn Al, I'm gonna come shopping at your house, I already get my eggs from ya.. I need some ham and brats to go with it!!! lol

Come on my homie. I only kill about 12 animals a year. Not the 25 like you do!!!!!
