I don't know if y'all are using them yet or not, but the Neti Pot nasal rinse really helps with my sinuses. I quit getting the sinus pressure and headaches as soon as I started rinsing my nasal passages out with the Neti Pot thing.

I have felt like crap all week. Still do. This oak pollen kills me. Chest on fire, sneezing sore throat...
