I grew up on a farm in Mo. and granny cooked everything and I can remember one night she fixed a bunch of bull frys up and I helped her under one condition, I could not tell my brothers what they were. They thought it was fried chicken strips. LOL Their faces the next day was priceless, when I broke the news to them. but everyone thought they were good that night.
