Callmaker Andy Kaiser and I went to the 43,000 acre cattle ranch we hunt each spring and like always droves of gobblers ready to come in. We hunted three days maybe eight total hours and harvested 6 birds. I wanted to get one on film and get it mounted so here is my last bird taken last monday in NE. This bird came in from atleast 400 yards away. I almost screwed up as I really wanted to step on his head and did accidently twice for a second just second nature I guess. We had 4 other birds off the right behind us that were coming in but I wanted this one since he traveled so far to come in.

No I have not but I have seen hundreds of them while hunting and seen pronghorn as well. They said they have some elk in the canyon I always hunt but cannot confirm that yet :squid
