My turn now . Gobbler Down

Well after guiding for my boy and a friends wife and (3 for 3). It's my turn now . Got setup at dark in a spot I ussualy see turkeys work the area . Nothing and after having a doe blow at me at 15 feet right at daybreak which I about jumped out of the blind , still lol . I started moving further in , called a couple of times in one spot nothing . Moved a 100 yards away a made a few hard cuts and a few yelps . Bam !!!! a hen fired off 60 yards away . I quickly scrambled to find where to sit . Got settled and 2 minutes later she showed up . Yelping ,purring ,and cuttin looking for me . She passed 12 yards by me and went in the woods still calling non stop . As she moved out of sight I made some yelps and heard a Gobble about 80 yards somewhere behind me . Made some more cuts on call and another hen got fired up and would cut me off . I got in a pissing match with her , cutting her off . She didn't like that and I could hear her getting closer and then another gobble even closer . Then my ear drums rattled from his drummin . Few minutes later I see her step out ( 30 yards ) and she brought her boyfriend with her , 2 jakes and another Tom . She kept calling , I called a few times softly and he Gobbled 25 yards infront of me and I about ( you guys know what ) . He came in strutting and what a beautifull sight . I watched him for about a minute and when he got to 15 yards he broke strutt and I let the #5's do the rest . Bird down , Thank you Lord . I was done by 7:30 . Long walk and got it done quickly . 10-1/4" Beard , 1" Spurs , 16 lbs 8 oz .
