I saw that last night on PBS. Watched it with my daughters. My oldest got choked up at the end with Turkey Boy. Very interesting show.

i found that show very interesting as well. wish i could get turkeys following me around like that. that turkey boy woulda made a good pot pie after that whoopin he gave that fella.

I saw it the other night, was fantastic in my book, great footage. my friend had read the guys book, and had told me how great a book it was, so when i found it on TV the other night, had to watch it.

every turkey hunter should see it.

I saw about the last 10-15 minutes of it, wasn't sure what it was at first, but caught on pretty quick as he walked along with the birds. I'll have to watch the whole thing.

Reminded me of when I was about 13-14, we lived on Jekyll Island, GA. There was a rafter of turkeys that lived in the woods behind our house. They'd come into the yard, and they'd let us walk within about 10 feet or so. A dirt road cut through the woods just behind the houses, and one morning there was a pair of toms in the middle of that road, going at it in full strut. By the time my dad found the movie camera, film, etc., they were gone.
