filled my bump feeder with stink corn fri 6pm, empty this morning at 6am. no sign/sounds/sightings of hogs, but had at least 5 diff gobblers all around me from my far left to far right and behind me. from about 6:45-almost 8am they were gobbling like crazy and several gobbling back at my box call at the same time, but then the hens cut in and they went silent and never heard or saw a one. just as well as I was really looking for hogs and had my 7mm-08. definately would have tried a head shot if one was presented. fri eve I had a shartload of hens all around clucking it up.
Another season down the drain for me. Gotta go get a 3rd job to pay for the license fees and get the wife a cruise. Cruise for her = lots of extra huntin time for me. :rockon

First year in a long time I did not kill a turkey. Had my opportunities though. I only hunted a total of 4 mornings.
saw alot while driving or hog hunting but not 1 while turkey hunting.
