i had the same problem, i really would have liked to of gotten that halfmoon. just the luck of the draw i guess.

Oh gotcha. Didn't realize they were the same as the previous drawing.

Well I picked up a Halfmoon at 10:17. When I pulled the screen up at 10:00 the permits listed were the permits available for the last drawing. I also made some phone calls to others that applied also. They had the same problem.

I don't think I have seen or heard of a drawing go smoothly since they went to computerized drawings
