step one, lift the tail.

step 2, stick back legs into your rubber boots

This is a much cleaner and quicker method I just finished the two gobblers we got last Sunday from Chass 3/27/11. Take a look and you won't have that meat hanging on your wall ever again and only takes couple of hrs to finish not two weeks and no salt at all.
