I will be hunting for the first time this comming April. What type of broadheads is everyone using for hogs. 🙄
I use Montec G5 broad heads. They are tough as nails and are easily sharpened so they can be used many times. Shot placement is the most important thing remember aim low and forward. Or be prepared to do some tracking.
The last three I have shot with mechanicals have fell in their tracks. 2 of them with spitfire's and one with a Rage 2-blade.
Having said that I still prefer a fixed blade with a stout blade thickness for hogs
