wenr hog hunting with my big bro today, wanted to hunt homosassa but it was only quota and not a soul showed up, and they still wouldn't let us in. so we went to croom for a little while, then to the check in at citrus which was closed tight(what a waste of time)ended up hunting citrus until dark and all we saw was 1 fox squirel, the Burrito bros got skunked. we haven't hunted together since1981 in colo for deer/elk. go to be able to get together and spend time in the great outdoors.
Sounds like a fun time. The check station/trailer at Citrus is usually buttoned up unless its a quota hunt weekend. Anymore outings planned for the burrito bros comin up?

weren't planning on hunting today (fri) with a rain forecast of 100% but were both upbefore daylight and said WTF and went anyway to S. citrus wma and got nothing but chilled to the bone. just got home. did a little networking and got invites to hunt 2 diff private properties.
