Tucked under the wire he is hanging from. I tried to pull them out after he was hung and couldn't. So I cut right around them

I don't know for sure. About 20 years ago we hunted a ranch in Myakka where we killed a ton of hogs that had all white fat.Lots of crops and oaks down there and to this day I have never had hogs that good except the ones that were fed corn.Most any more the hogs I get are corn fed and have great flavor,the few I get in Richloam are yellow and skinny, I usually give them away.I guess there all good ,I have never really had a hog that bad I couldn't eat,even some of the big nasties. Put them on a smoker at a party and serve with cold beer and everyone is happy.
ALMOST anything. You still can't force me to eat a Chitlin....That's just nasty.
