Do you know anyone with private property that you can hunt on? If not, your only options are WMA's and fenced/guided hunts.
JMO, but i'd not worry too much about the fence in favor of her having a very likely chance of getting one her first time out. if she enjoys it, then she will be hooked and willing to hunt in harder/dirtier places for free.

One good thing is trapper dan has places near Ocala, travel time won't be an issue.
