Pigs seem to be pretty resilient critters. If they are eating on their own, they will make it, assuming a predator doesn't get them

Ha, I guess you don't know about my luck with cameras.
I've (actually my wife) lost 3 cameras at my property in last one year worth about $800 all together.
They've been run over with my truck, dropped on hard surface or dropped in the water.
We've been having worst luck with cameras. Now all I use is my phone camera which is leashed on to my neck when out there.

We must have the same wife. Mine has busted three cameras in 5 years. 2 of them fairly expensive. She wanted to borrow my DSLR and I 😆 😆 :no :nono at her

Here is a pic I took of a sow I shot recently. I took it with my phone camera.
It's a 110 lb. sow taken from a sounder of 14 hogs. It was shot from about 130 yards with my .223 Winchester. I hit her in the right ear and the bullet exited below and rear of her left ear. One shot and she dropped on the spot and twitch a little.
She was one of the best eating hog I've ever taken. No gamey taste or smell at all.
