I think last year John took 9 by himself out of there. If I remember right John and I was talking to a guy last year that said they had trapped around 70 hog's out of there last year before season ever opened. I would bet they did that again this year.
I'm up in the air between going down there and going up to my little lease in Gilchrist county for the weekend.

Over to the west of Bell a little ways close to the river. Only 40 acres.
I have also was told it's been real slow this year. I haven't made it out there this season due to work being busy. Between the record last two years and all the trapping they do out there I'm not supprised the #'s are way down.
Yes FWC has a few state trappers that catch hogs off myakka. I work with one state traper who has a few traps on the land.
