Hi yall I'm new to the site and hunting I've been self teaching for a while now and got my first hog a few weeks ago and I'm hooked need to do it. I am the chef/owner of a very small company called The Hog's Wallow Charcuterie (thehogswallow.com) I produce all kinds of sausage, bacon, hams, and various cured meats as well as all kinds of pickles, terrines and pates. I was wanting to trade hunting your land with you(and gain some knowledge) in exchange for products that I'll make from our hunt. Don't know if this is crazy or not but I figured I'd try. I don't know anyone to hunt with and I just want to get out there more plus I would love to pick the brain of a knowledgeable seasoned hunter.
