How far is too far for hogs?

IMO it's not to far to hunt anywhere if that's what you want to do. I do believe you wil be one of way to many guys trying to compete on an overcrowded hunt. Especially when the place will be full of dog hunters,I think it's going to be a madhouse and a disapointment but the only way to find out for sure is to try it.

I have the same thought. The one they opened up in S fla this winter turned in to a drunken shoot em up nightmare, overrun with idiots and left a lot of folks with hurt feelings

Only good thing is this is 50k acres. Maybe it won't be too overrun, and it is a long ways from major metro areas

If you enjoy doing it and can afford the trip then why not. All my buddies think I'm nuts. I've been on leases for the last 10 yrs. or so and the shortest drive time I've had is 6 hours each way. My new lease will be just under 9 hours. And I go up every other Thurs. till Sunday during season. Take the trip and enjoy the time in the woods. :rockon

worth it for sure been trying to figure out how i could get up there for at least one of those hunts.

If they had a road to hawaii I would go to hunt hogs.
