Hog hunt in late December

OK Guys,
Here's the deal, I have been trying to get my brother to move down to FL ever since I got here. His priorities are HUNTING, He is flying down in late december over the holidays for a week and I would LOVE to be able to take him hog hunting on some private land that way he doesnt have to worry about a license.
If anyone knows of or has somewhere we could do this let me know. I cant afford much but I can try to throw a few bucks your way or work out a trade of some kind.
