i am on call for the next 3 weeks plus this week. done with call the second week of november til sometime in december. im gonna try like hell to make it out there a time or two. and hopefully another trip to south carolina. my boss offered a guest fee for me for taking his call this week, so hopefully that pans out.

I'm have been wanting to HUNT Myakka for a while now, I am going to try my hand at primitive Archery hunting (read Middle Ages). I have been practicing with my longbow and arrows now for about a year, and can consistantly hit a 6" circle at 20yds.
The bow is a hand-made (yeah I make them) 7' long English Longbow pulling 45lbs at 28" shooting Elite Woodsman II broadhead tipped wood arrows I made. I went with real broadheads to dispatch the quarry quickly and promptly. I will be wearing a 13th century english hunting tunic, and leather mocasins, a full length leather back quiver I also made.
Any tips about the WMA area, any of you wish to share?
