You don't want hogs!
That is for certain! If they aren't on your 100 acres, then be grateful. You can always get them to come to your area with a bucket of stank corn hung HIGH between big pines the same way you'd hang a feeder. The scent alone will bring em in. Hogs do not help at all with your deer population. Just hang the bucket with a couple 2" holes cut around the top edge, and cover the holes with screen to keep the bugs out. Every month or so, check it to make sure it has water and add sugar and a small packet of yeast. Should be good for 3-4 months before you have to add more corn.
Well considering trophy class starts at 150 and goes up from there, I doubt many in FL rank up there, need to go to TX...and the northern states. Meat is the only reason to shoot one in FL, might as well be a doe. Just few hogs, not over run , better eating than venison.

I would not say a trophy deer begins at 150",I still have my horns from my first little 6 pt I killed when I was 16. My sons first spike and all the rest of my horns nailed to my barn or on my wall. They all mean a lot to me and I have kept all of them and I am very proud of them, especially the ones my boy killed. Because a Fl deer may not get as big as a Missouri deer or a Ga deer, you can't compare them the same. You may be surprised at what's running around up on your place. Hogs are a lot of fun to hunt, that's a fact. And if that's what you want from a club, that's ok. Davedirt hunts a place in Madison Co where a guy can get real sick of skinning hogs in a season. Good luck, and once the bears find your feeder, they will own it.
150" starts trophy status for douche bags like Waddell and Lakosky. I've got a box full of antlers from over the years and every one is a trophy. Even my 1" spike(back when they were legal)
I was always a Texas hunter, here lack mass and are smaller, nothing wrong with that, just small deer and happens to be what we have here. You just deal with what you have, so no problem. While they be a trophy to the person that shot them you know what I meant...they are still good to eat.
