Guys I've butchered for most of my life, never used any thing to ring the a- hole but, I tried it and it does work and i still use it. Now I don't haul it with me every where just in my truck, with that said in the field it doesn't get used, but it does work pretty good.

When you neck shoot everything like I do, hangin by the head is out!! You'll have a dirty mess when its head pulls off

I shoot most of my hogs in the neck and still hang them by the head. Never had one fall yet.

JOHN, SCOTT told me your method of removing the buthole was to cut around it with a knife, then grab and yank with your front teeth. is that true or was he just trying to put one over on a yankee?
