I got a good story about this hog. On Fri night I saw two hogs thru my night scope. So I turned on my light to my rifle. It was bright then it dimmed (batteries). So all I could see was one eye. I shot at it and heard a hog grunting. I walked over and it was laying on the ground. I hit it in the spine and it dropped. so I thought it was over. It was heavy and I got my buddy to help load it. I put it on ice and wrapped it in a tarp. The next morn I was heading to skin it at my buddys. I got a call from the farm mgr. and he asked me why I left my hog in the middle of the field. I told him I had it in the back of my truck and he said they found one lying in the field where I was hunting. I went to check it out but it was bloated and he buried it. I showed him the one I got. So I guess I got a two-fer! To bad I didn't get the meat it was a barr too>

Well I got my meat back from the butcher.Never did that but it makes he wife happy. Got about 100lbs of meat. got one of those 5.2 ci freezers by igloo.Paid 127.99 for it at bestbuy open box.needed it.filled it up.got about 50lbs of sausage. found the hog that I got with the other one and took the lower jaw. got it in bleach. yotes and vultures tore it up.the cutters measured 2 1/4 inches.
