Any feedback about Tiger Island Hog Hunts from the membership?

From what I hear it's a small (25 acres is what I heard) fenced hunt. They put you on a stand by a feeder and then let the hogs (that they purchased from trappers) loose and "chase" them your way. They don't let anyone wander around without a guide for fear of someone stumbling upon the penned hogs or the close-by fence around the property. This is why they are so affordable and have a near 100% success rate.
This is just what I've heard. I have no first hand knowledge, so not sure what the truth is.
