My girlfriend has caught the bowhunting bug! we have a gator hunt locked down later in the year. I would like for her to harvest a pig before that, and make sure she can deal with it emotionally before I drop $ on a trophy gator for her.......Any body willing(or know of anybody) to provide me witha hunt in central florida? Im willing to pay a premium, and am interested in a guided or self hunt.
I know about the outfitters in the state that advertise. just looking for an option closer to home. let me know! looking to get it done in the next week or so.
There's a guy advertising from time to time on Craig's list for archery only hog hunts around Z-hills. If I see the ad again, I'll post it here. Otherwise, take her to Tiger Island Outfitters in Cedar Key...about an hour and a half from Dade City. They get seventy-five dollars a hog, no trophy fees, and the place is FULL of hogs. They advertise in Woods n Water magazine each month.
