Site Sugestions

I have disabled this. The problem with the host im using is they dont allow banners on every style. and i dont want my site running for anyone with out a banner on top. We all just got used to this color. We have a high volume of people (guests) and if everyone had a different color on it will slo down the site and it will not be fun to view topics when everyone is waiting for a page to load.. Soon im moving the site over to a different server and regisering the sites domain name then ill see if i can swing tha for you.
