Went out two weeks ago

Hunted Lake Isotapopka and wow are the gators spooky, got close to a few but a guy down from Illinois wanted to put an arrow I to one verse harpooning first. Managed to find an 8' 3" that made the mistake about 4:00 am of staying on the surface a little too long, then he went into serious Hydrilla and weeds. Took about 45 minutes to get him up and harpoon him then another 30 to dig him out and bang stick him. Great hunt with the Central Florida Sportsman crew even the bugs didn't ruin a great night.
