Gator tail is good, and I've heard some folks making "gator wings" out of the legs, but those are from smaller gators, the farm raised ones. I've had wild gator a few times, but it's always been gators in the 4-6 foot range, not those big ol 10ft plus dudes.

those Gators were good to eat but I do like the smaller female gators better. Those gators were both 10 ft + and the one on the left was old as crap!!!
